Emotivations

Identifying emotional motivations

Enneagrams is one of the oldest psychology profiling tools, originally used by the Ancient Greeks. It seeks to understand the emotional drivers that make us do what we do. It’s one thing to look at behavior and the try and predict it, but if you know what is driving that behavior in the first place, doesn’t that make more sense?

Used a lot by life coaches and for self-profiling (and markedly more useful than Myers-Briggs), we worked with Finding Clarity to adapt it for use as a marketing tool.

The first time we implemented it was with More Than insurance to help them dramatically improve their MGM campaign.
